PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Plastronics offers 1.00 mm pitch test and burn-in sockets for BGA packages. The patented Open-Top design allows for easy manual loading or unloading and can accept packages with varying thicknesses such as SuperBGA®, Ceramic BGA Metal BGA, and many others.
SPECIFICATIONS:
Available in three body sizes:
- Up to 27 x 27 mm body size with 26 x 26 matrix
- Up to 40 x 40 mm body size with 39 x 39 matrix
- Up to 50 x 50 mm body size with 49 x 49 matrix
Patented single-point contact (Patent No. 5,419,710)
Cost effective tooling for custom packages
Optional clamshell lid with heat sinks
Solder ball size - standard 0.60+/- 0.10 mm
Custom sizes - ≤ 0.50 mm available (call for information)
